Agency Fee $4,500

(International Recipients outside U.S.) $5,500

Ovum Donor Compensation $5,000+
Base fee is $5,000. Select donors may have a higher compensation rate.

Short Term Medical Insurance $400
Insurance must be purchased to cover the ovum donor in the event of unforeseen medical complications.

Ovum Donor Legal Counsel $350
Paid for by the recipient, these funds are available to the donor for contract review by independent outside legal counsel.

Donor Reservation Fee $500
In order to hold a donor who is currently in cycle, a downpayment of the agency fee is required.

Ovum Donor Screening $Variable
Screening may be required, including by not limited to communicable disease testing, addtional requested psychological studies, and genetic screening.

Ovum Donor Monitoring $Variable
Includes ultrasounds and blood work for several days prior to travel to your fertility clinic.

Anesthesia $Variable
Your donor will have anesthesia during the retrieval procedure.

Donor Travel, Food, Lodging $Variable
If your egg donor is required to travel, she will be given $50.00 per diem stipend for food. In addition, transportation, round-trip airfare, hotel accommadations, and in some instances, childcare are provided for the donor and a companion, paid for by the recipient couple.

Other expenses such as fertility medications, physician fees and recipient legal costs are not included in this fee schedule as they are paid separately by the recipient couple. You may discuss these fees with your fertility clinic and/or attorney.
