Explanation of Fee Policies
We are a full service egg donation agency. We believe that our recipient parents should have the benefit of as many services as possible with the payment of one fee, rather than having to pay separately for each individual service we provide. Our fee schedule is established as payment for services rendered, with no additional padding. The agency fee covers the following services:

Application Processing: We do not charge a separate fee to process your application to become a recipient parent. This is included in our agency fee.

Donor Profile Distribution: Because we want you to have the very best, we take the donor screening process seriously.  Our donor profiles are 15 pages long.  We are happy to send them to you to view in the privacy of your own home either via e-mail, fax, U.S. Mail, or you are welcome to come into our office.  We will send as many profiles as you request in order for you to be comfortable and secure in your final donor selection.  We do not charge a separate fee for each profile you view, as we feel this should not be a decision based on finances.

Egg Donor Matching: We spend the time to get to know our donors and recipients, so we can help you make the best possible choice in an egg donor. This includes conversations on the phone or in the office with our Agency Facilitator during the matchmaking process.

Fund Management: To protect the anonymity of our recipients and our donors, we serve as the financial middleman. We accurately and properly manage your expenses and escrow funds.

Travel Coordination: We make any and all travel arrangements for your donor.  We spend the time researching airfares, hotels, car rentals, and other modes of transportation to make sure you get the most value for your money and that your donor reaches her destination safely and on time.

After Hours Availability:  We understand that some recipients lead busy lives and are not always available during normal working hours to view profiles.  We are often available after hours to meet the needs of our recipients.

Donor Interviews: All of our donors are interviewed in person by our Agency Facilitator. If the donor is not local to Oregon or Washington, our Agency Facilitator interviews that donor by phone.

Outside Monitoring Appointments and Scheduling: We coordinate with your treating clinic and research to find the best outside monitoring clinic for your donor if required. We schedule and follow up all outside monitoring, donor testing, screening and teaching appointments at no extra cost to you.

Psychological Screening: All of our donors are required to undergo a thorough psychological evaluation, including administration of the MMPI (Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory).

FSH, Estradiol, and Resting Follicle Count: All of our local donors have been pre-screened and have undergone a Follicle Stimulating Hormone test, an Estradiol test, and a Resting Follicle Count.
